SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped using either USPS First Class or Priority, depending on weight. All orders shipped to New York State addresses will be charged sales tax.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with anything you receive, please let us know! We will work with you to remedy the problem to the best of our ability.
We do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges of non-personal items if the item is returned in its original form/condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange an item, please notify us within 14 days and return the item within 30 days of delivery.

If an item is damaged or received in error, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to process returns or exchanges of sale items, custom items, yarn that has been wound into a ball, or personal care items (soap, lip balm, etc.). Please contact us if you have any problems with needles you purchase with us as many of our needles are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Class fees are nonrefundable unless a class is cancelled by us.
